WELCOME TO DUMBFUCKISTAN

Dumbfuckistan. That is what a reader told me he and his partner call their home state of Virginia. And, living across the bridge from that godforsaken state, I really am now wondering how queers would choose to live among those people. (The civil war reenactments are more than enough evidence that the place is a completely backwards place -- why would the LOSERS want to reenact a war?)
The Washington Blade reported a few moments ago, that Virginia has upheld the convictions of two men for soliciting sodomy:
The Virginia Court of Appeals upheld the convictions of two men who were convicted of "solicitation to commit sodomy" earlier this month.Over a year ago I submitted proof to the Virginia Attorney General's office about the same crime: Incontrovertible proof showed that then-US Rep. Ed Schrock did exactly what these two men did... Then-Attorney General Jerry Kilgore's office took no action.
The solicitation charge, which carries a three-year maximum jail sentence, is based on Virginia's "Crimes Against Nature" law, which states:
"If a person carnally knows in any manner … any male or female person by the anus or by the mouth, or voluntarily submits to such carnal knowledge, he or she shall be guilty of a Class 6 felony."

The mug shot that never happened --
Ed Schrock, proof of Virginia's selective enforcement
of sodomy laws against non-Republicans
