Here's a campaign slogan...
So, no matter what, Foley's name is on the ballot.
I have a campaign slogan for Mr. Negron:
Vote for the guy who hit on 16 year old pages so his party can pick me to represent you in Congress
Under Florida law, if Negron gets the nod from Florida GOP leaders, Foley's name would remain on the ballot, and any votes to Foley would go to the GOP-designated replacement -- i.e., Negron.
